T & C's Once you've completed this consent form and your child has coloured in their colouring-in sheet upload a photo of it. Upload via my Facebook link below or directly by loging onto my Facebook 'Cleona J israel' page.
Submissions must be by noon
on the closing dates of: Nov 17th 2022/ April 17th 2023/ Sept 17th 2023/ Dec 17th 2023. One winner from each of these competitions will be drawn and notified via their parent's/ carers email. A address will be request the prize to be shipped to.
A delivery charge will be payable by you, and possibly duty taxes if overseas.
